ACMS collects what access control needs — name, contact, unit, credentials and entry history — and protects it with role-based access, encryption and audit logs.
Data hosted in Canada
Your buildings, residents and entry history are stored in a Canadian data centre. Encrypted daily backups are kept on separate infrastructure, and restores are tested.

You own your data. Export your doors and cards to CSV or Excel whenever you need them.

Role-based access (RBAC)
Company admins, building managers and technicians — each limited to their buildings, with fine-grained permissions per person.
Two-factor authentication
TOTP two-factor sign-in (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator and similar) available to every user.
Login history
Every sign-in and sign-out with time, IP address, device and result.
Full audit trail
Every door event and every admin action — cards issued, blocked or restored, doors opened remotely, settings changed — with who and when.
Confirmed remote unlock
Remote opening needs explicit confirmation, is rate-limited and is always logged.
Isolated workspaces
Each company works in its own workspace. Its buildings, staff and residents are never visible to other clients.
Encryption
HTTPS everywhere, and sensitive integration credentials encrypted at rest.
Nothing deleted silently
Lost, broken and blocked cards stay in the system with their full history.
Offline-safe doors
Locks keep working on stored credentials when the internet is down.
